1. What are the delivery times?

Our delivery times are between 5 and 7 working days.

2. How long do I have to return an item?

You have 30 days from the date you receive your parcel. Return shipping is free.

3. How can I track my order?

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email. This email includes a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website so you can follow your delivery in real time.

4. Do you deliver internationally?

We currently deliver to the United Kingdom only.

5. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days, after we receive and inspect the returned product.

Yes. The product is shipped flat-packed with all parts, tools and an instruction manual included. Assembly time varies by model, typically between 30 and 50 minutes for one person.

The frame is generally built on a particleboard or wood base, with posts wrapped in natural sisal rope for the scratching sections. Resting surfaces are covered in plush fabric.

8. How many cats can a cat tree accommodate?
This depends on the size and number of tiers of the model. Compact structures are generally suited to one or two cats, while taller, multi-level towers can accommodate several cats at once.

9. How should the cat tree be cleaned?
Plush surfaces can typically be spot-cleaned with a damp cloth, a lint roller, or a vacuum. Some covers are removable and machine washable at a low temperature; check the specific product details for confirmation.
